Darwin Represents Private Investor in Disposition
DuPage property offers flexibility in zoning and opportunity along Ogden Avenue
(Elmhurst, Illinois) – Darwin Realty is pleased to announce Darwin Chairman George J. Cibula represented a private investor in the sale of 50 West Ogden Avenue in Westmont, Illinois. The 23,164-square-foot building is on 2.29 acres. The buyer, Breen Horizon LLC, which plans to lease the property, was represented by Brian Butler of The Butler Group.
The property was built in 2005 and features 7,200 square feet of office space, 18- to 24-clear ceiling height and has outstanding visibility on densely retail-developed Ogden Avenue.
