(Elmhurst, Illinois  – July 10, 2020) – Darwin Realty/CORFAC International Managing Broker George Cibula and Associate Todd Hendricks represented building owner Welbic III Racine 6200 LLC in a 115,823 square foot lease to Budd Van Lines. The building at 6200 Regency Drive in Racine, WI, is owned by the investment company co-owned by Cibula and Darwin Realty/CORFAC International’s Matthew Lewandowski.

“This facility provides plenty of space for Budd’s unique operation, which includes vans designed to minimize multiple handlings of customers’ goods to increase efficiency and reduce risks,” Cibula says. “This is especially important in today’s low-touch world. This building and its adjacent parking will be the perfect place for this company to grow.”

The facility in located near Highway 11 and Green Bay Road. It features 2,500 square feet of office space and T-8 lighting. The building was constructed in 1992 and was outfitted with a new roof in 2016.
