Darwin REALTY/CORFAC INTERNATIONAL LEASES TWO SPACES IN PALATINE TO AUTO RESTORATION SHOP
(Elmhurst, Illinois) – Darwin Realty/CORFAC International Mandy Lewandowski, Associate represented Welbic III Palatine 641 LLC in two leases to Roadster Salon, an automobile restoration firm in the northwest suburbs.
“Both of the leases were signed within four months, showing the business’s satisfaction with the building and its location,” Lewandowski says. “The tenant is happy to have found room to expand in this tight market.”
In October 2020, Roadster Salon leased 6,667 square feet of space at 627 S. Vermont Street in Palatine. The 18-foot foot clear height building has one interior dock, one drive-in door and is located with proximity to I-90, Route 53 and I-290 near the Euclid interchange. The tenant was self-represented in the transaction.
After only four months in the 627 S. Vermont Street location, Roadster Salon expanded into a second nearby space at 641 S. Vermont Street. The 8,000 square foot unit has 16-foot clear height ceilings, one interior dock and one drive-in door. This expansion allows Roadster Salon to do more car restorations without directing their customers to a second storefront.
